In the dental practice, up to 16 hollow-body instruments can be processed in the HYG 5 thermal disinfector. For example, handpieces and contra-angles, turbines, prophylactic handpieces or vacuum cleaners from all common manufacturers.

Why? Because our new water supply system and the two injection rails do that. This guarantees the cleaning and disinfection of the external surfaces AND the disinfection of all interior spaces of the hollow body instruments; safe, gentle, value-preserving.

The additional benefit: With this equipment you no longer need any additional adapters and thus save costs! For special sizes we also offer:

These special filters from our Flexio injection system protect your sensitive handpieces and contra-angles from dirt and small particles – reliably. They can be easily cleaned and prepared with the included brush.

This popular adapter holds up to 6 tartar and ultrasonic tips. The silicone holders are flexible; So you can use the ZEG and ultrasonic tips from all common manufacturers easily and safely.

Another component star on the injection rail, developed by us specifically for the magnetostrictive Cavitron ultrasound inserts. What he can do:

The Flexio drill stand with 156 slots is made of durable stainless steel. Our set contains four cassettes.

You can equip them individually directly in the treatment rooms, safely clean and disinfect them in the thermal disinfector and finally have them sterilized in the B-class autoclave. Thanks to the high-walled container with snap lock, the drill attachments remain reliably fixed throughout the entire preparation process and the cutting edges are well protected.

You can load the upper basket with up to 6 kg of instruments. Thanks to a 100% basket extension, it can be brought in comfortably. Conceivable instruments are mirrors, tweezers, probes or impression trays and others (note for example 40 tweezers or 40 mirrors or 40 probes and others). They can be freely placed in the upper basket and processed safely.

The first use for thermal disinfectors that can accurately hold medical instruments such as: mirrors, tweezers, probes, etc. horizontally. The IC Medical Printer documentation software included in the scope of delivery ensures legally compliant process documentation with all prescribed parameters. For greater convenience, batch release takes place directly on the device display of the thermal disinfector. The IC Medical Printer software is installed on your practice computer or network. The data can be easily read and archived using the included USB stick or via a direct network connection. Complete. We will integrate it into your practice software free of charge. Safe instrument reprocessing includes legally compliant process documentation with all prescribed parameters. The HYG 5 offers you interfaces to easily read and archive the data via a network connection or USB stick. We provide our IC Printer documentation software for this purpose.
